What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by destination:
10€ per order for Spain, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Andorra, Vatican City, France, Italy, and Portugal.
15€ per order for Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Croatia, and the Czech Republic.
17€ per order for Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Estonia, Greece, and Finland.
Orders over 250€ qualify for free shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across Europe. If you’re outside Europe, stay tuned—we’re working on expanding our shipping zones!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item if I don’t like it? You can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
We don’t currently cover the cost of returns. Therefore, you can use your local postal service or a courier to send the item back to us.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the tracking information handy.
How do I request a return? Simply email us at corazonroto.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 10 -15 business days.

- You can return an order to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
- All returned items must be in original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.)
- Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so as not to be damaged in the post.
- We also accept the return of sale items, please follow our normal returns procedure for these.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured postal service.
