Short Lucky Me Necklace

The Short Lucky Me Necklace is the same idea worn close to the throat: a beaded heart in light blue on a short strand of matching beads, sitting high where a choker would.

Wear it like a mantra. A celebration of authenticity, bold colour and ethical craft, and a reminder to feel lucky about who you are.

It is hand-beaded by women artisans of the Kamentsá community in Putumayo, Colombia, using plastic beads filled with reused plastic bags. The technique is theirs and the work is paid on fair trade terms. Every piece comes out slightly different because every piece is made by hand.

How to wear it

At 20 cm it sits high at the base of the neck, so it works best over a bare neckline or a strapless top. Layer it under the longer Lucky Me or one of the totems.
